Payment can be made by telephone on 01702 712284, using your credit card or debit card. (We do not accept American Express.) Alternatively you can pay on line using Paypal. We regret we can no longer accept cheques.

 Items paid through Paypal are dispatched next working day. Telephone orders paid by credit/debit cards are dispatched next working day. All items are sent out by recorded delivery and will require a signature. 

Everything is checked thoroughly before being sent out. Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in good condition. Please pack carefully. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs.

We cannot offer an exchange or refund on Earrings for hygiene reasons.

All sizes are approximate. Colour variations should be expected when ordering natural crystal or stones.

Postage and packing charges vary according to the goods ordered. This will be calculated automatically for you and added to your check out total. Postage and packing on Jewellery and small items is charged at £3.50

Postage on large or multiple items is charged by weight using the Post Office scale of charges. All goods are sent by Royal Mail.

Crystals 925 reserves the right to alter prices in line with market fluctuations in the cost of raw materials and currency exchange rates, and to withdraw items from sale without prior notice.
