Payment

Payment can be made by cheque or Postal Order (payable to Crystals 925) or by telephone using your credit card. Alternatively you can pay using Paypal

Refunds and returns

All items are checked thoroughly before being sent out. Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in good condition. Please pack carefully. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs.

We cannot offer an exchange or refund on Earrings in the interest of hygiene

All descriptions and sizes are approximate. Colour variations should be expected when ordering natural crystal or stones.

Postage

Postage and packing charges vary according to the goods ordered. To make things easier when buying our crystals or minerals (and some of the heavier gift items) the postage cost will automatically be added. Rule of thumb: For all Items which show a weight, your postage charge will be calculated for you. All other items are charged at a flat rate of £2.50.

Care of Jewellery

Do not wear your silver jewellery when swimming in the sea or swimming baths. Salt water and Chlorine will ruin silver. Always remove jewellery when showering or bathing. Soap can discolour silver and elasticated bracelets will rot if they get wet too often. Never sleep in your jewellery (Especially earrings and necklaces which can break) Silver will oxidise if left in the open air. This is a natural process. Should your jewellery need cleaning, we recommend using a good cleaning product. Always follow the makers' instructions.

Images and Products

While we make every every effort to present a true and accurate impression, some variances in colour should be expected between photographic images and actual items. Shade differences can occur in the transfer from camera to computer.

Terms and Conditions

Crystals 925 reserves the right to alter prices in line with fluctuations in the cost raw materials, and to withdraw items from sale without prior notice.

We endeavour to maintain our stock levels. However, we will sometimes sell out of certan items and restocking may take a few weeks. This particularly applies to the Suncatcher range, were some colours are not always readily available.
